| Record Description | This record is of the woodland on the sheer cliffs at the top of Scar House Wood and centres on two large multi stemmed adjoining and possibly conjoined Yew Trees which grow in scree or steeply sloping talus between the two cliffs. The Upper of these cliffs is formed by strata of the Richmond Cherts and the lower cliff is formed from the Main Limestone. A small photographic file of the other trees and of the vegetation on these cliffs is provided.
